the client must provide a clear, sfw reference of the character(s). written descriptions are allowed, but be specific. very specific.*

the client may ask for changes at any point (free of charge), but extreme changes after the sketch has been approved may be denied.

refunds will not be provided after full completion.

payment will go through after the sketch has been approved.

the art received by the client will always be credited back to @pepskcola when used publicly (reposts, profile pictures, features in character galleries, etc.)

all artwork will be watermarked; do not attempt to crop out or erase it from the finished piece.

updates will be provided throughout the creation process, such as sketch approval, confirmations, and any possible delays.

commercial use is NOT allowed. the artwork is only for personal use.

if there is a deadline for the artwork, the client is required to tell me. the client will then be told whether or not that deadline can be met.

i still retain all rights to my artwork and can use any piece to do things such as promote myself, even if the artwork contains a client's personal character(s); however, i will respect any wishes that the client may have in regards to posting the artwork.

the client will never claim the commission as their own, or as another artist's work.

i have the right to decline any commission for any reason, (i.e. i am uncomfortable by the subject of the commission or the commissioner themself, requests pertaining to the commission are outside of my skillset, etc.)
